Emily was raised in Gillette, Wyoming where she graduated from high school. She then moved to the northern Black Hills in 1997 while enrolled in college at Black Hills State University. She has remained here since and is now married to Heath Olson. They have two sons; Tate and Trigg. Emily has been working with Jim at ICA since 2004.
Jim attended Western Illinois University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree. He then attended graduate school at the University of Iowa. Prior to entering into the Investment Guidance business in 1993, Jim was a General Manager of a major Black Hills business that employed over 50 workers. He has been married for 38 years and has 3 children. Jim is also the co-owner of Sandstone Village, an independent townhouse and assisted living community in Spearfish, with his spouse.
